Why friend sessions are the paid part
Sessions with Momo are the default way to use the app, and they stay free because a body double you have to pay for is one you will not reach for on the day you need it most. Inviting a friend runs live shared sessions between two devices, and that is the part a subscription pays for.
Only the person sending the invitation needs a subscription.
Billing, renewal, and cancelling
Subscriptions bought inside the app are sold and processed by Apple or Google, not by Momo directly. The price is always shown in the app before you are charged.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled under the store’s own policy. We cannot issue refunds for store-processed purchases, but we will help you reach the right place.
